  I keep my freezer stocked with meals prepared by Sue at Tasty Indulgences. They are delicious, nutritious and easy to prep because she has done all the work. We have noticed a considerate decrease in swelling and inflammatory issues that previously caused pain and discomfort. I have a family of 5, 3 having food sensitivities which is problematic if I had forgotten to plan ahead during our busy week. Now I throw an entire meal in the oven and an hour later we are sitting down together, eating a delicious, healthy meal that we can all enjoy and feel good afterward. Also, I would like to point out budget. People think its expensive to eat a healthy, protein packed meal but this is an affordable meal for an entire family. Your body knows when it is full when it eats proper protein and veg, locally sourced and then the gluten free sauces and pastry/pastas, soups, digest the way your body should, pain free and naturally. We have not increased our food budget since going completely gluten free. Thank you, Sue, for providing this much needed service for our area.
